What is Bee bed
Who am I?
My name is Boryana and I want to share with you my favorite place. I love nature and bees, and beekeeping has been my hobby for years. After studying many articles about the benefits of beehive air, my husband and I decided to make a bee room for us and our children. I knew how pleasant an open beehive smells, but I was not prepared for the addictive effect of the room. Inside, you are surrounded by the aroma of honey, propolis and many herbs. You hear the gentle buzzing of the bees and simply feel the life and energy that boils in the bee colony while you lie blissfully. You go in and don't want to come out. I decided that I couldn't keep this pleasure just for us, and so Bee bed was born - my dream come true and I share it with you.
What is Bee bed
This is a place where you can immerse yourself in the life of bees and benefit from their benefits without disturbing them or having direct contact with them.
Our bee house has 2 rooms - one for inhalation and one for rest.
In the inhalation room there are hives that are equipped with a system of filters and tubes ending with a breathing mask. Through this system you can enjoy the pleasure and benefits of the beehive air while sitting comfortably in a chair. The procedure lasts 15-20 minutes and has a calming and strengthening effect. Propolis inhalation is also done here. It is done using a special device that helps evaporate the volatile substances from propolis. There are numerous studies proving the antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral substances of these substances. The procedure lasts 10-15 minutes, but this time is enough to eliminate most pathogenic organisms found in the respiratory system.
The rest room has two beds, inside which are built-in beehives. A person lies down on the bed, relaxes and immerses himself in the atmosphere of the bee colony. The bees can only go outside the house, but everything else - aroma, sound, vibration, energy - remains inside.
Resting in a bee room has the following beneficial effects:
Aromatherapy. The aroma of wax, honey, propolis and many herbs creates a peaceful atmosphere, causing calmness and a desire for sleep. The healing substances of the beehive air help fight diseases of the respiratory, nervous and parasympathetic systems.
Clean and ionized air. Near the beehive, the air is highly ionized and the body reduces the level of free radicals. Thanks to the many elements contained in the beehive air, the respiratory system is cleansed of most microbes in the bronchi and lungs.
Microvibration. Bees communicate with each other through dances and vibrations. They are in constant contact, and for the person lying on the hive, it is like a light vibration massage. It has a positive effect on the nervous, circulatory and musculoskeletal systems.
The electromagnetic field that is created around bees. Researchers have found that each apiary is a high-energy point on our planet. After resting in a bee room, the energy field of the human body increases up to 5 times and it feels rested and recharged.
Sound therapy. In order for the nectar to "ripen" and turn into honey, the bees must evaporate the moisture from it. They do this by flapping their wings vigorously, and the noise that is produced is called buzzing. This sound induces a state of meditative trance and activates one's own powers of self-healing.
Therapy in the bee room lasts from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the individual mood.
